 Teacher Course- Level 1 (2020 - 1)

 

 

 

Starting Date: Sunday, 16 August, 2020

Finishing Date : Sunday, 27 December, 2020

 

 

 

 

Day / time : Every Sunday, 2 Sessions

(Total of 40 Sessions, each 3 hours, totaling 120 hours)

 

 

  - Morning Session : 10:00 ~ 12:30 

  - Lunch break : 12:30 ~ 13:30 

  - Afternoon Session : 13:30 ~ 16:00 

 

 

 

 


Contents:

Exercises (Asanas), Hatha Yoga Pradipika,  Energy control (Pranayama), Detachment, Kriya, Karma, 

Concentration/Meditation and loads of discussions on how Yoga practically applies to dealing with modern life, 

(control of) fears, tendencies, how to become more efficient with time, energy and how to achieve success 

in whatever you set your mind on, etc. 

 

 

 

 

 Fee: 1,390,000 won (10% V.A.T. included)

 

 Registration fee: 400,000 won to be paid before 9 August, 2020

 Remainder of 990,000 won to be paid before 16 August, 2020

Completion of this course makes eligible for life-membership with IYF diploma and card
